Dobrá Tea!

They opened an awesome new tea house on State Street called Dobrá Tea. It's fantastic. The tea is completely delicious. I had the Ceylon Adam's Peak from Sri Lanka, and Hilary had the Staroborshov, which is great because it looks like beer, but it's way better because it's just cold foamy lightly sweetened tea! They also have a delicious light menu, we had the hummus, which comes with warm pita and veggies, and was hands-down the best hummus that I've had in the midwest. It was garlicky and had what they called "zetta" spice, or something like that. Most other hummus here is just too afraid of flavor. Then we had the couscous, which was a sweetened cold couscous with nuts, and was an awesome dessert. I will definitely be going back. I hope other people do to. We were the only ones there, and granted, it's only been open a week, but this place really needs to stay in business. Even though it's a chain, it's the sort of chain that Madison sorely needs.
